Vostexfashion.com ships to all over Greece with Courier Center and worldwide with FEDEX and DHL.Free pick-up is only available from our facilities at 12 Ermou str, p.c 14452, Metamorphosi
The delivery time is 5-7working days with Fedex Economy Service or 2-3 working days with Dhl Express Service
Our courier do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please note that transport costs fall on the customer when the product is shipped (the product is shipped under the responsibility of the customer).

Returns
Returns are acceptable only if the articles are not the one ordered or they have a manufacturing defect. In this case you have the right to return the products to our store within 3 working days of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition, have properly opened and maintain, the barcode label upon the package or any instructions for use. Then we will replace the wrong article or compensate you with the value of the defective one. In compensation, the customer is reimbursed to the credit card account with which the payment was made or in the case of a remittance with a corresponding bank transfer to an account to be indicated by the customer. The refund is made when the product has been returned and received by our company.
On receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and otherwise indicate in the delivery note and in the form of handwritten post-signatures any abnormality.
You also need to confirm by e-mail ([email protected]) these observations on the same day or at the latest one business day after receiving your order. If the products need to be returned, they must be sent within 3 days of the date of delivery to the following address:

We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose to ship a declared value that represents the cost of the products you ship. This is necessary in case of theft or loss of transport services.
If the product is defective, or if you received a different product from the one you ordered the cost of the return is borne by Vostex.
